Common questions

What happens if I need something outside the hours cap?
We tell you before we exceed scope, not after. Additional hours are billed at a fixed rate agreed upfront. No surprises.
Can I cancel before the minimum term?
We commit to you for the full term, and we ask the same. This isn't a subscription you can cancel on a bad day — it's a partnership. That said, if we fail to deliver what we agreed, you can walk.
Do I pay for the ad budgets on top?
Yes. Google Ads, Meta Ads, and any third-party platform spend is billed directly to your card or transferred to you. We manage it; you pay for the media.
Is this right for a brand new business?
The Social Starter or Digital Presence tier works for early-stage businesses. If you have no website yet, we'll build it in month one and maintain it from month two. Growth and Partner tiers work best when you already have something to grow.
What if I already have a team in-house?
We work alongside in-house teams regularly. We can own specific channels while your team handles others, or act as the strategy layer above execution your team carries out.
